    My thoughts : what is basic income is implemented throught a currency issued by its member ? See the project en.duniter.org for example.

    In this case I agree with him. But we would be enslaved to state-banking system, like today.
    An UBI based on debt-money redistributed by government does not change anything. The banks still have the power of life and death on economic action by choosing were to allocate credits. They can still force huge deflation periods and inflation period which would kill any attempt of redistributed UBI.
